ABUNDANCE IS OUR BIRTHRIGHT

ABUNDANCE IS OUR BIRTHRIGHT
True abundance is choosing to live in joy. When we are able to relate to every life experience with whole-hearted involvement and trust, we feel abundant, life becomes a celebration every moment.
Abundance has nothing to do with wealth or money. Every thing in this Planet has been created for us, every person, every situation, every place is there for us to know ourselves. There is never any possibility of failure.
It is our ability and our choice to celebrate and enjoy every moment, to make as more as possible with whatever we have, to be aware and conscious with our body, our breath, our space, and the things in our space. For, everything, (regardless of whether the mind defines it as good or bad), comes to our space with a gift, and we can unwrap the gift only when we choose to trust and give our attention fully to it.
Abundance is to trust life completely and expect our every need to be met, and every problem to be solved. To patiently travel the path of life and be open and receptive to all the wonderful things that life brings our way,
We can be as creative, good, talented, adventurous as we like and give our energy fully and completely every moment, not because of the expectation of anyone but because we feel good about doing things. This makes us extremely satisfied and we realize that what we have is enough and more than enough. We realize that we are powerful creators, and the Universe is eager to co-create grandness with us.
When we choose to appreciate and fully enjoy even the very little things , when we are able to do more with less then life sees to it that we are given more by just doing less. This makes us the richest people on the Planet!
A favorite affirmation:
" I am open and receptive to all the wonderful things that life brings to me. I completely trust the Universe to take care of me. My life is filled with joy and laughter. And so it is. "
Let us choose to awaken to our abundance, let us choose to live life fully, let us celebrate our gift every moment!

PAINTING 'THE ACT OF LIVING' AS A BEAUTIFUL ART

PAINTING 'THE ACT OF LIVING' AS A BEAUTIFUL ART
The art of living is to wake up, to choose to open our heart and see from a higher perspective.
We are bound to meet fear and torment at every twist and turn of life. The mind instantly judges things as good or bad and goes into reaction and resistance.
But let us not be pulled down or broken down, let us allow our hearts to break open and bloom to go beyond the problem.
Even in situations where we think that we are lost, we find ourselves being guided by strange experiences, messages, people who become earth angels.
We are born with talents and tools that are so powerful than anything that is in the world outside. We can access our tools when our heart is open.
Instead of being caught up by the outer world, let us seek to pay attention to our inner world, to see from a higher perspective, to choose awareness, to stop resisting, to surrender completely to the unknown, to wait, to trust, and to listen to our soul.
The mind has no understanding of things other than itself, the mind can only judge and if we go with the mind we tend to react to situations. We cannot let the chaos and injustice of the outer world make us blind with anger, for we will become part of the same problem. When we compromise our qualities of understanding and compassion we become what we despise and we lose our humanity.
When we choose to open our hearts, we choose understanding, kindness, compassion and love which are the only true revolutionary ideals.
When we look back at our lives the toughest times had been the ones that motivated us to search for the truth, those are the times that broke our hearts open and helped us to expand our consciousness and gather wisdom.
When the heart is open every situation and every person, even the ones who torment us can become our teacher. We then easily learn the lesson and move on to freedom.
We can use every situation in life to wake us up. Let us take courage to face our fears, let us allow our hearts to open and anchor trust and patience so that we expand our understanding and find our freedom.
In the beautiful words of Pema Chödrön "the idea of karma is that you continually get the teachings that you need to open your heart. To the degree that you didn't understand in the past how to stop protecting your soft spot, how to stop armoring your heart, you're given this gift of teachings in the form of your life, to give you everything you need to open further.”
The art of living is to open our hearts and live from the place of awakened consciousness. For when we are enlightened we become the grandest gift for ourselves and for this beautiful Planet!
Blessings!

GIGGLE MEDITATION

GIGGLE MEDITATION

The Vedas say that when you feel tired there is a quick way to refresh your system.
Just practice creating giggles inside you, without opening your mouth.
Start giggling with your throat, then your stomach, and then your entire body. Let your body be filled with the joy of this giggle, the giggle will automatically become uncontrollable.
You will find that your body will become warm and rejuvenated and filled with immense energy! Once you feel full, you can laugh out loud and release the excess energy.
This is an amazing healing energy, it increases the vitality of the entire system of body, mind, and soul; anyone can do it, and it is so freely available!
JUST TRY IT.

LIFE LESSONS FROM A LITTLE CAT

LIFE LESSONS FROM A LITTLE CAT

On the 8th of August a sweet little cat came up to our patio mewing.  She sat with my husband and I for sometime and she ate the food we offered her.   Many days she comes and sleeps in our patio, many days she is not there.  Our relationship with this beautiful animal is one of unconditional love and freedom.
This is the first time in my life I get to observe and play with a cat, she has reminded me of many life lessons.
She is gifted with so much confidence,  I see her excellent hunting skills, hunting and sometimes playing with small insects, and animals.
Sometimes she runs away with a sock or a towel from the laundry basket,  and plays with it with so much excitement, it is so funny to watch that it makes me crack up with laughter.  She is such a free spirit that she will do whatever comes naturally in the moment.
She is so curious that she loves to explore her surroundings fearlessly. She is independent, she goes missing for days and returns back in a healthy state.
I observe that she is present in the moment, alert and aware, and this skill serves her well to escape enemies or to hunt prey.
I see her snoozing at least two thirds of the day, I feel sleep gives her the much needed energy to hunt.
Everyday she grooms herself well, taking time to lick herself clean completely.  And the most interesting thing I noticed was she cleaned up after she poops,  she digs a hole and poops in it and duly closes with the dug up dirt!  I have never seen any animal do that!  Wow!
This little cat has reminded me about great life lessons of trust, self confidence, independence, playfulness, fearlessness, living in the moment, self care, and cleaning up after oneself!

Animals are wonderful teachers!
Blessings!

Life lessons from the eagle

LIFE LESSONS
The eagle has no fear of adversity. It has a fearless spirit. When a storm is coming all other birds seek shelter. The eagle alone, avoids the storm by flying above it.
In the storms of life if we take a leap of faith and move above the mind stories of good or bad and see from a higher perspective, it will be revealed to us that the power within us is greater than the adversity placed before us.
Life/Universe/Divine created us lovingly and placed great courage and strength within us so that we can deal with every situation placed in our path. When we live from the place of trust we get the wisdom to see our situations from a higher perspective and fearlessly bring grander solutions to our problems.
Ornithologists say that “Every bird of prey looks over its shoulder before it goes in for the kill, even a hawk watches its back – but the eagle is fearless and courageous, it never does that, it goes directly with confidence.
The life lesson from the eagle is that in the storms of life let us trust life completely, trust that the power within us is greater than our adversity, and soar above our adversity with fearlessness and create grandness.
Blessings!

MOVING INTO PRESENCE, MOVING INTO LOVE

MOVING INTO PRESENCE, MOVING INTO LOVE

The greatest dis-ease gripping humanity is the "fear about tomorrow"; every one is tormented by the mind's fear questions, will I have enough money, will my spouse continue to be with me, will I be taken care of in my old age, will I get healed, will I succeed.... and so on ... When we begin to see clearly without the fear stories of the mind we realize that there is actually no tomorrow, there is only this moment, the tomorrow also becomes another moment in the present.

"Fear about tomorrow" plagues our mind is such a way that we fail to see the gifts in front of us, we fail to appreciate life, we fail to live in the now moment which is our only place of power; we fail to do the good we came to do, and we shorten our lifespan with stress.

Almost all dis-eases of the human body and mind are stress-related, stress caused because of worry, anxiety and fear about yesterday's happenings which are dead and gone and mind created imagined worry about tomorrow. This worry and fear takes up our entire day and we have not lived even a single moment in the present today. We are constantly travelling either to the past or to the future.

Fear is totally the opposite of love, fear is what makes people to become angry, cruel, greedy, selfish and wicked, fear is the dis-ease of the mind and the body. Choosing to live in the present moment we move beyond fear, we stop comparing and competing, we stop all kinds of judgment, we anchor wisdom, and we create grandness. Yes, every human being is given the ability to create grandness, with whatever situation they are placed in! But it takes one to choose to move into the place of power, into the present moment.

Since the past and the future are imagined dramas of the mind, we cannot find God/the Divine in these places. When we cannot find God /the Divine we live in fear. This is because we are grand creator beings and we are a part of the Divine, we cannot be apart from the Divine or from each other, this it absolute truth! When we live in the fear stories of our mind, travelling to the past or the future, we have fallen asleep, and we forget the truth of who we are.
When we acknowledge the present moment, we find the present moment is full of gifts, flowing to us effortlessly in abundance, and we also find that we have been given the talents to use our gifts in excellence to live a life of wonderment and blessing to ourselves and this Planet.
Whenever fear attacks the mind, I chose to tell myself, 'What if this is the only day/the only moment I have been given to be on this Planet? If this is so how would I relate to the gift of these 24 hours given to me?"
Instantly this questioning makes me come into the present moment and I choose to be my most beautiful self, my most happy self, my most loving self towards all beings. I become my most creative self to find solutions, and create wonderment with the situations present at the moment.

Just choosing to be in this moment and doing the things of this moment with our complete presence whole-heartedly we anchor joy and wisdom becomes our way of life.
Let us choose to live in joy and bring the gifts of our wisdom to bless ourselves and this beautiful Planet!

Blessings!
