LAUGHTER MEDICINE

LAUGHTER MEDICINE
Sweet friends,
I love to laugh out loud. I enjoyed playing and laughing loud as a child, I truly miss that. I am searching for a laughter yoga club near where I live.
When stress comes to our door, the most powerful tools that we can use to tide over stress is laughter and play.
After a good belly laugh there is always a feeling of peace.
Laughter is a great catalyst for positive transformation in one's life.
Endorphins released from the brain during laughter boosts the immune system, laughter pumps our heart and gives a good cardiovascular exercise, it boosts the lungs to breathe easier, laughter also releases any pain in the body and balances our blood pressure.
When we laugh we become like little kids, we are in oneness with our true selves.
Do you know, your body can laugh regardless of what you mind has to say? You don't need to have a reason to laugh, you don't even need to be happy. You can laugh for no reason! You can just fake it till it becomes real. Laughter is the best medicine, it is the easiest way to bring more oxygen into the body and brain, to boost the immune system, to remove stress and bring positive feeling.
A person who laughs more often has a most beautiful and radiant face. Laughter is a most powerful facial therapy!
Choose laughter, never stop laughing. Find ways to laugh out loud more.
Blessings!

WE ARE NEVER BORN, WE NEVER DIE

WE ARE NEVER BORN, WE NEVER DIE
The grief of losing a loved one is beyond imagination. Each person deals with grief in their own way.
I have been sharing these thoughts with dear ones who are going through grief of losing a loved one.
Please understand that we can never lose those whom we love, they are forever united with us in our heart. Your body being will be devastated by the loss, because you cannot touch or speak to the person you love. But understand that we are not the body or the mind we are grand beings who come into these body vehicles for a short while to have the human experience. We lived before we came into this body, we now live in these physical bodies, the body comes and goes, but we are there because we are eternal beings, a part of the great Creator. Hence, we are never born and we never die. Only the body is born and it dies.
The highest respect you give to your loved one who has passed, is to understand that they are not dead, they are very much alive, and without the restriction of a physical body they are One with the cosmos, the moment you think of them they are near you.
Place your hand on your heart and close your eyes and speak to your loved one, they are present and they are there listening to you, loving you and blessing you and praying for you.
The Author, James Van Praag, has written many books on this particular subject. Also the book, 'Afterlife of Billy Fingers' is a wonderful message from the other side.
Truly we are grand beings, travelers beyond time and space. For a fraction in eternity we choose this human experience and reside in these beautiful physical body vehicles. We are not this body or this mind.
The greatest service of love and respect we do for each other is to be conscious in all our relationships. To be alert and awake in the now moment and to do that which the moment requires. To be our loving, forgiving, kindest selves and fulfill the opportunity given to us in these physical bodies. The mind created emotions are illusions that carry us away from the now moment and we lose the opportunity to extend our kindness and compassion at the moment to the person in front of us.
It is our responsibility to be in conscious awareness with all dealings of life for the sake of all beings.
Choosing to be in conscious awareness is the highest form of virtue!
Let us live consciously for we are the bringers of peace.
Blessings!
