Our bodies are beautiful temples that are capable of holding the great Divine Presence. The Divine Presence within is referred in many cultures as the "I AM Presence"
Connecting with our Divine Presence within aligns us to our wisdom and truth, and helps us to flow with life effortlessly.
Moving beyond the fear stories of the mind and aligning with our Divine Presence is a choice each one of us has to make individually.
Adoration to the I AM Presence within helps to keep us connected to this higher vibration and completely dissolves fear from our space.

ALIGNING WITH LIFE

ALIGNING WITH LIFE IS THE SOLUTION TO EVERY PROBLEM

We tend to align our definition of a good life with what everyone else thinks what "good" should be. Being born into a collective consciousness of - family, community, society, country... we tend to think that whatever the society approves is what is good for us.

We are loving beings, we tend to seek approval and appreciation on the outside, and we forget to align with our inner being. This causes a great deal of confusion in our life because we are not living our dream, we are living someone else's dream. It may be the dream of the parent, the spouse, the society etc.

Because we live someone else's dream we are not living in our truth, the truth of who we are, this creates a lot of hurt within us. When young we try to please parents and other authority people by doing what they want us to do. We are not taught to connect with our inner beings or listen and be authentic to our self.

This makes us strive for things in life that we are not passionate about, because the society approves wealth, we think that we must strive for wealth in whatever way possible, this goes for everything in life, the idea about marriage, the idea of having children, the ideas about how a man or woman should be, the ideas about what roles we must play in life, so on and so forth... social consciousness has become the religion we worship.

This has created so much discord in life, stress, sickness, sadness, depression, loneliness, powerlessness, and all kinds of war within and around us.

The Divine places a grand dream in our heart when we are born. Existence wants us to live in total alignment with true love, passion and integrity. Whatever aligns us with our inner being is what we should be spending our time doing.

When we choose to align with our inner self there will be conflict with the society outside. We are born as grand beings of immense power, we are the creators of our reality absolutely. Existence/ life is always kind, and life conspires to work with us in a grand way if our intentions are clear. Life brings to us grand experiences in amazing ways. In order to experience we need to choose to be courageous, and simply trust life.

When we are courageous we remove ourselves from all obstacles of societal consciousness. This helps us to shine our light for the world, we can go places we have never dreamed of, do the things we are passionate about, meet people who are like minded, and create grandness for ourselves and for this beautiful Planet.

Life is kind, life supports us, life is what has brought us into this Planet to shine our light. We lived before we came into this body, we now live in these body temples, the body comes and goes but we are eternal beings who come to gather wisdom from every experience that life wants us to have. We are definitely not obligated to anyone and no one is obligated to us.

Let us simply trust life, let us be passionate, let us live and experience life to the fullest and gather wisdom to carry with us beyond space and time!

THE SEASON OF CHRISTEDNESS

CELEBRATING THE SEASON OF CHRISTED-NESS

Sweet Friends,

We are grand beings of immense love and light. When we accept and honor who we are, we begin to treat ourselves with kindness, honesty, trust and love. 
The Christ is the living being of light, the pure self who resides within every one of us. When we choose to allow the Christ light to flow through us
we begin to experience our inter-connected-ness with all our fellow humans, plants, animals, the earth, angels, spirits, all beings seen and unseen. We see ourselves not only as our tiny body and mind but as big as the entire cosmos.
Many benevolent masters and teachers who lived before us and who live among us now, practiced compassion, lived from the place of non-judgment and complete trust in the eternal goodness of existence. These were the humans who form their human reality chose to allow the pure living light of the Christ to flow through them and remind them of their gift to this Planet. The masters reminded us that each and every one of us are gifted with powerful tools to transform our lives and that through the spirit of the pure self we can do all that they did and even more for this Planet.
In every culture, this experience was called by different names because of the different languages, they were the Christ consciousness, the Buddha Consciousness, the Krishna Consciousness, and many more.
According to all the ancient calendars, this particular time of Dec- Jan, is very special for all kinds of spiritual practices. At this time of the year the Planet is closest to the sun and throughout history many grand beings and Avatars have manifested themselves on the Planet at this time.
In my homeland in the Tamil tradition this month is called as "Marghazhi" (16th Dec - 13th Jan) During this month the early morning hours, (One and a half hour before sunrise) is called as the "Brahma Muhurta" which is a most auspicious time for meditation and worship. The meditations done during this time becomes, intense, deep and brings us closer to the heart of the Creator.

In this special season of the year let us choose to connect deeper with our pure self, - the living Christ within.
Let us choose to make this Planet our home, - a Christed Orb.
May the living light of the Christ fill your home and your hearts sweet friends!

THE CHALLENGE OF HUMAN DRAMAS FOR THE EVOLVING NEW HUMANITY

We are so fascinated by dramas, we love the theater, the TV serials and all kinds of stage performances.  It is important to notice our fascination with the roles of victims, villains and heroes in these dramas. Unconsciously we identify with these roles and continue to play them in our every day lives.  We create these identities based on mind stories of good and bad. The more unaware we are the more we are trapped in the roles of victim, villain and hero.

The society, the family, and the religion assign these roles for us to play through many many belief systems of fear.  We desperately want to fit into these roles to please and to prove. This traps us indefinitely in the struggles of life that bring pain and bondage. These roles are played within our every relationships whether it be the spouse, parent, children, friends, relatives, strangers, or co-workers.

Shifting into the awareness of this game we find ourselves playing this game by exaggerating, making bigger and giving names through mind stories. Without blame, guilt or lies there would be no roles to play, instead there would only be healthy responsible relationships based on honest communications. The moment we bring conscious awareness into the role playing, there is a shift in consciousness. Awareness is the key.  Transformation begins with awareness.

Belief systems and lying to own self keeps one stuck in these roles. These roles always bring pain, powerlessness, and irresponsibility, they can never make one to stand in truth and freedom.

The moment we choose to play any one of these roles, we will end up playing all the three roles.Victim consciousness is based on the belief that every one in the world is 'out there to get me'.  It is a constant looking out for what is wrong with the world.  There is always a pity party going on that brings mind stories of “ poor me”, “you are bad”, "bad things happen to me."  If you perceive yourself as someone’s rescuer you find yourself as someone’s victim, while at the same time that person will perceive you as the persecutor. We continue to attach to these roles emotionally and judge everything around us.

  The basic and most important truth is that we create our reality, absolutely, there is nothing called a coincidence or an accident. At some level we create it all. We have to remember that this Universe is our mirror, this mirror truly reflects everything we send out. Therefore when we hold on to the idea that we are victims, the Universe thinks that we want to experience being a victim, and so it will bring to us more of what we hold in our consciousness till we wake up and take responsibility for what we are choosing to experience.

The ego loves role play, and if we are asleep we feel stuck in the dramas of the ego. As long as we continue to wage war between opponents, between two sides, or between good and bad we will continue to play these dramas of victim, villains, and heroes.   No matter which part we play in the struggle, we are actually perpetuating the struggle by keeping ourselves stuck in this duality game  As long as we think that we have to eradicate evil, we get trapped  in this mindless game of being victim, villain, or hero.It takes discernment to refuse to play these roles, and discernment comes from living from the heart, connecting to the 'kingdom within'. Any belief comes from the fear in the ego, freedom involves eradication of beliefs.

 There is no God ‘out there’ to serve, the Creator dwells in all beings, in all things seen and unseen.   The true Creator can be found within, thus every master who came to the Planet spoke about connecting to the “Kingdom within”.  Aligning to the kingdom within, reveals the Creator that is in all life.  This understanding will help one to go beyond this game of duality. This understanding will help to let go the desire for justice, revenge, or making up for the wrongs by committing more wrongs. Understanding the Creator within will lead to unconditional love, trust, and surrender which is the grandest devotion to the Divine.

 Instead of fighting, resisting, or feeling victimized when we choose to surrender and trust unconditionally, we go beyond the duality game and life opens innumerable opportunities for us.  By our choice we also inspire others to realize that there is more to life than involving in the duality struggle.

The challenge in this new paradigm is to refuse to play these roles and trust life to open up new and beautiful opportunities. Being in integrity with oneself is the key to get out of this role play and evolve ourselves into a new paradigm of love and truth.  Accepting, approving, and loving the self is the golden key that leads to freedom.

We are the bringers of the New Paradigm, we are the new evolving humanity. The new paradigm has no beliefs only love and truth.

Let us choose to create this new paradigm of love and truth.

LET US HAVE APPRECIATION PARTIES EVERYDAY!

Forgetting our divinity is the greatest sickness and the greatest illusion on this Planet.
Peoples minds are reeling with wounded stories, our culture revolves around telling wounded stories about our life situations to each other, in other words having a pity party, if you are not telling a sad story about yourself, then you are not accepted into society.
Some years ago I was going with this crowd, but then I realized how foolish to have pity parties when life is creating everything for you, I realized life is kind all the time. I stopped pity parties and I started celebrating life, I started having appreciation parties.
Suddenly all my old friends left me, I was sad, but life cheered me up, showed me all the wonderful things that I am so very appreciative of.....nature, love, kindness, fresh breath of air, dogs wagging their tails, children laughing, spring flowers, happy butterflies, hugging loved ones, cooking for joy, beautiful books to read,.... the list became bigger and bigger and made me realize that I am so greatly loved!
I am loving life so much that now I am getting to meet amazing awakened beings who love life as much as I do!
So happy to be with you my sweet friends, let us have appreciation parties everyday! Let us choose to gossip about all the goodness in our lives heart emoticon and expand and multiply our blessings!

THE GREAT INVOCATION FOR THE PLANET

We have the power to pray for our fellow beings, we have the power to call upon Divine help, for we are beloved children of the Universe. As soon as we call from our heart, help is given immediately. So let us use this power of ours to pray for our planet and its people who need healing, comfort, protection, and love.

Today the people of Chennai need our prayer, the city of Chennai in Tamil Nadu, India, has been severely affected by the recent rains. Let us pray that the people receive timely help, comfort, safety, and relief.

Let the hearts of the people in politics and high places of each country be open to wisdom and compassion so that all refugee situations may be solved with greater good for all concerned.

May there be protection for families and children living in the war zones, may the hearts of humanity open to understanding and wisdom so that all wars, those within human minds and those on the Planet may becomes ancient history and totally disappear from the face of this Planet.

At this time our beautiful planet and its people need immense blessings, healing and protection. I am reminded of the great invocation prayer from the writings of Alice Bailey.

The great invocation is a world prayer and it has been translated into 80 different languages, the prayer invokes divine energies of love, light and spiritual power for all humanity.

Those who wish to do the great invocation prayer please reflect for a few moments every day on this prayer with concentration and intention to understand its deeper meanings.
