A QUESTION AND ANSWER SESSION TO SHARE

Sweet Friends,
Today a dear friend asked me this question:
Question: Mother, please share with me the meaning of marriage. Nowadays marriage stands on money, status, power & position. Love, kindness & understanding is not to be found.
What is the real meaning of marriage mother ?
Answer:
Thank you for asking this question dear one. I do not claim to know much, but let me share the meaning of marriage from my experience.
Marriage means a sacred union. And this Union is always a union between the human and the Divine in order to make grand creations. The creations can be another being, it can be love, it can be kindness, it can be any kind of benevolence given to the planet and humanity.
Marriage is not necessarily a union between a man and a woman, it is more of a sacred union between beings who are willing to bestow generosity, kindness, and blessing towards each other, and through their actions they experience the Sacred Divine Presence in all creation.
So a marriage/holy union can happen between your physical self and your divine self (which is called self realization), a marriage/holy union can happen between people who are willing to experience true giving and receiving from each other, a marriage/holy union can happen between humanity and the planet where humanity realizes its Divinity and bestows unconditional love towards this sacred Planet that has been giving so much of itself unconditionally for the well being of humanity.
Hence a true marriage can happen when a person is able to go beyond ego and allow Divine love to flow through them, for every step of any union leads to experiences that would lead to the questioning of the ego, and only when a person is able to stand firm in Divine love they will be able to go beyond the ego.
A marriage between two people can be true only when they allow the Divine to merge with their union. For the love of the Divine is unconditional and compassionate. People who want to be married in truth need to first marry their physical self to their Divine self, invite their Divine self/the Sacred I AM Presence into every act of living so that their thoughts, words and actions are clear, pure and non-judgmental.
When one is able to do this, then this person is complete in themselves and they do not need another to complete them - either socially or financially. This person is fully capable of sharing unconditional love in any kind of partnership. And the most beautiful thing is that the Universe benevolently bestows on them the kind of partners who are in their level of consciousness, because these people trust life and they expect miracles all the time.
Entering a union for status, power, or wealth cannot become a marriage, it can only be a wedding of business dealings, it becomes a union of convenience but it is a union of poverty because it lacks unconditional love.
Love helps the growth of all virtues for the people involved in the union, it helps to create, harmony, balance, satisfaction, wisdom, patience, generosity, growth and expansion of consciousness mentally and spiritually. And of course this is the meaning and purpose of a physical experience in a human form, and marriage creates space to achieve this purpose.
A wedding is just a event but a marriage becomes a space created lovingly for two beings to grow and rejoice in the experience of each other. When weddings do not involve the relationship with the Divine, they cannot become a marriage.
Trust that I have answered your question my dear friend.
Blessings!

THE DIS-EASE CALLED UNWORTHINESS

Most of the problems we face today are due to stress, stress is created because we do not see ourselves as worthy.  Our religions, society, and the people around us have drummed into us that we are not worthy and that we are not good enough.
So it is hard to see ourselves as worthy of the Creator's love, worthy to live a wonderful life, or even worthy of happiness and well being.

Since we have the feeling of unworthiness we do not willingly accept the gifts of life, we are not able to receive compliments, we are afraid to be happy or show our happiness, we do not develop the eyes to see the beauty around us,  we do not even allow God to love us, for we constantly think that we are unworthy to receive.

The feelings of unworthiness and lack of self-esteem are all arrogance against creation.  It is like pointing a finger at the Creator and saying that the Creator did not do the job perfectly. The Creator would never create something unworthy in the first place.

Seeking approval, seeking appreciation, comparing oneself, and competing with things on the outside arise from feelings of unworthiness and lack of self love.
It is not worth trying to please people, people can never appreciate what we like or do. The only person who can love and appreciate us the way we like to be appreciated is  we ourselves.

Guilt, shame, disappointment, and depression come through comparison and competition stories of the mind. This keeps us down because this is not who we are. Every time we feel down, it is a clear indication for us to align back with our joy.

It is time we awaken to the truth that the feelings of unworthiness are learned behavior from the society around us, it is a belief system suggested in the disguise as humility.

True humility is loving the self as the temple where the Creator resides, aligning with the source of joy from our inner being, it is living the attitude of appreciation of every aspect of life, it is living from the place of non-judgment, compassion, and oneness with all beings, it is accepting and allowing every aspect of life with appreciation.  This is truth of who we are.

We are beloved children of the Universe and we are so greatly loved more than we can ever imagine. We are forever worthy to live a wonderful life.

Let us choose to allow the love and light of the Creator to fill our lives, let us choose to open our arms and receive the wonderment and joy that life brings our way every moment.

Blessings!
