THE JOURNEY OF HEALING

IMPORTANT STEPS IN THE JOURNEY OF HEALING

1. Living as forgiveness: Forgiveness does not make sense to the rational mind, for the mind always keeps account of things and we become the greatest sufferers.  Holding on to past wounds is like carrying dirty laundry wherever we go, it drains our energy and keeps us in the place of stress. Just choosing to let go all the hurts, helps us to save our energy and power to create much needed solutions and well being in our life. Forgiveness is the key to freedom, it is the key to help us move beyond our wounds and live from the place of power, it is the most wonderful gift we can give ourselves.

2. Living as the Divine Presence within: Learning to trust our intuition, connecting with our inner being every day and practicing few moments of silence to listen to our inner wisdom helps to create immense peace and ease in life.  Place your hand on your heart and say many times during the day, "I am my heart, I trust my inner wisdom"

3. Living open and receptive to life:  Stop asking the question "why",  this will only keep you stuck in stress.  Instead ask the question "how",  "how can I overcome this challenge, how can I make peace with this situation", this question will bring great visions and grand solutions.

4. Living as courage: Choose to face your fears whatever they be and understand that every challenge that is in your space at this time is begging you to take up your mastership, your power to align your life with well being. The challenge is present because there is a power within you to solve it.  So when we choose to face our fear, we tap into this well spring of power within and amaze ourselves and also bless others with our gift. Life is benevolent and life is kind, life wants us to be born into the grandness of who we are, it takes courage to discover this.

5. Living from the place of trust: Learn to trust life completely.  Trust is a grand eye opener.  Trusting life helps to redefine our life journey.  We come to understand that life always has challenges and risks.  Life is not about attaining perfection, but it is about learning to walk through challenges everyday and connecting with our inner power and expanding our consciousness, making bold and outrageous choices, and feeling the incredible grace given for us every moment to live as the living light which is our highest potential.

6. Living as joy; appreciating and celebrating life: This moment is precious, this sunrise, this breeze that touches the cheek, this bird song that pulls at the heart, this coolness of the water, this kind friendship, this wonderful feeling of hugging a loved one, all these are precious, they will not come back again, every moment brings such grandness and they may walk away if we do not recognize them. Let us choose to embrace the mysterious wisdom and grandness each moment brings, let joy and appreciation be our attitude towards this journey of life.
We are divine beings, just experiencing life in a human form for a fraction of a moment in eternity, let us remind ourselves that our journey is beyond time and space and that every moment we bless we awaken to our grandness.
