CARE FOR THE BODY-MIND
The body-mind being is kind enough to be our vehicle to communicate and to be in this Planet. It is important that we take care of the body-mind being.
The busyness of the modern life has created stress for the body-mind because we forgot to see the body-mind as our beautiful vehicle, we think we are the body-mind and we neglect it.
I have noticed three major things that help the body-mind to work with health and clarity.
They are enough amount of water, supplements to support the body, and processing thoughts to keep the mind clear.
The body is mainly made up of water, all processes for the cells of the body can happen only when there is enough amount of water. At least 2 liters of water is needed everyday for the body to perform its activity smoothly. Drink filtered water, alkaline water is better.
Supplements are needed for the body everyday, there is a lack of proper supplements in our diet in this modern age. Our food comes from industrial farming that depletes minerals. Getting used to fast food provides no vitamins for the body. It is important to supplement the body with vitamins and minerals everyday to support the body's activities.
Stress is the number one creator of dis-eases for the body-mind. It is very necessary that we take care of the mind. As humans in a busy modern world we are prone to anger, anxiety, fear, sadness and worry. These feelings continue for hours and days together for many people. This puts the body-mind in jeopardy. It is essential to know that processing our thoughts through spiritual exercises, meditation, yoga, fun, laughter, or any other spiritual modality and bringing peace to oneself is extremely important.
It is our basic responsibility to keep our body-mind in a pleasant place first. It is a way of living in gratitude for the body-mind and its help in making us be on this Planet and experiencing the human experience.
Remember, the body-mind need water, supplements, and clarity of mind everyday.
Let us provide the body-mind what it needs, let us make this our first and foremost duty.
