SUICIDE

Sweet Friends,
Today a sweet friend asked me a question, I felt it is important that I share this with all of you.
Q: Tell me the truth about suicide.
A: Suicide is not a sin but it is extreme suffering. The soul decides to stay on this planet classroom and gather wisdom for a certain amount of earth years in a physical body. A physical body and environment conditions are given to the soul as per its requests to learn lessons and gather wisdom and create solutions. The mindwas created to take care of the body being and not to run one's life. The mind is in constant worry and anxiety, unfortunately this is how the mind works. When one fails to connect with the inner being and allow the mind to run life, in extreme identity with mind stories, one creates the situation of suicide. After one loses the body, one is still on the Planet because of the contract of the number of earth years one asked to be on the Planet. So if one has asked to be in a physical body for 60 years but one has committed suicide at the age of 30 then one has to be on the Planet for another 30 years and fulfill the contract. The next 30 years without the physical body is extreme torture and suffering because in this Physical planet one needs a physical body to communicate and act. So without a physical body one cannot do the things one has been doing. People cannot see you, so you cannot communicate with your loved ones, cannot eat the foods you like to eat, cannot do the things you like to do, just gaze and gaze on people as they go about their work for the next 30 years, it is a great suffering to live as a non-person on this planet. Running away with mind stories are never the solution , they create extreme problem and suffering. The only solution is to go within, do whatever it takes to connect with the inner being's power. Connect with one's divine self and make peace with life.
A responsible human is one who constantly takes time to process thoughts, identify the mind stories and uplift themselves and make peace with life.
Humans are courageous souls, to be born as a human in itself takes courage, remember you are not alone, you are born with your spirit family when you take birth, your spirit family are all the angels, devas, deities, guardians, and guides who love you unconditionally, you only need to disengage with the world outside, close your eyes, place your hand on your heart, notice your breath and ask for help, you will be immediately connected and help is there for you at all times.
Blessings!

KARMA IS YOU JUDGING YOU

KARMA IS YOU JUDGING YOU
The mind stories are always about fear and greed. When we live unconscious lives we obey the mind and believe its stories.
The more unconsciousness we practice, the more our actions become unfair and imbalanced. Every imbalance has to be balanced, this is the law.
The pure soul that you are chooses to face consequences for every unfair action. Hence, Karma is nothing but you judging you! The soul takes many different births to fulfill this service. The mind does not understand or know any of these things. The mind was created to take care of the physical body, so in fulfilling its task it turns into a fearful, greedy machine.
When we choose to be unconscious we dace to the tunes of the mind and never connect with the soul.
The human experience is undertaken for the journey of the soul. One realizes this when one chooses to live in conscious awareness. Living consciously we fulfill the thirst of the soul which releases our amazing potentials of courage, compassion, non-judgment, seeing things from a higher perspective and practicing oneness.
If we do not wake up to live consciously our life is lived from mind stories, and mind stories are scary, horrifying and deluded.
We are travelers beyond time and space, we do not put out roots anywhere. Nothing on this Planet belongs to us, not even our body or mind. We borrow them just for a period of time to anchor consciousness and create grandness.
Let us choose to live consciously and create grandness for this Planet and all beings.
Blessings!

LISTEN

TRAIN YOURSELF TO LISTEN
As parents, teachers, friends, leaders, we love to comfort and heal people, but many times when people share their raw emotions we become uncomfortable and change the subject with a story we are comfortable with.
By doing this we are actually removing focus from the anguish of the hurt person and turning the attention towards ourselves unconsciously.
People want you to hear them, and acknowledge what they are going through, just listen to them without judgment instead of forcing your story on them. When emotions are validated healing happens.
To bring healing we just need to listen to the person in pain instead of making the person to listen to our story. Give support to the person without changing the conversation.
When we create space for a person in pain to relive their stories, amazingly they find a solution to their problem, they make peace with whatever issues they are facing.
Let us become pure listeners and sacred watchers of life.
Let us bring healing and rejuvenation by holding sacred space of listening with compassion.
Blessings!

HAPPY EARTH DAY!

CONSCIOUS PRESENCE - THE GIFT
Be kind to the Earth she is your mother. Your body is borrowed material from the Earth.
Everything we use and have belongs to the earth, yes everything!
We are just borrowers.
The earth gives us generously so that we share it with each other.
Since nothing belongs to us, if we give material things as gifts to others, it is meaningless.
The best gift we can give others is our conscious presence.
Our conscious awareness activates our kindness, compassion and respect.
This is the most important gift we can give to the Earth Mother, to all beings, and to the Creator.
Let us choose to give our conscious presence to the ground we walk, the air we breathe, the food we eat, the water we drink, the things we use, and to the plants and animals and humans around us,
Our conscious awareness is the most precious gift that can awaken magic and miracles wherever we are and in whatever we do.
Blessings!

CLUTTER CLEARING THE MIND

CLUTTER CLEARING THE MIND
A recent research article caught my attention. It says that the human brain works slower in old age because we have stored more information over time.
To keep our mind alert and clear and live from Divine inspiration, it is important to sit silently with ourselves and process our thoughts and let go all that which do not support us anymore. Clutter clearing is not only for the space we live in but also for our minds.
Many say that when we go to worship our deity we need to be clean, it is not only physical body cleaning but also mental body cleaning, cleaning all kinds of negative thoughts of worry, doubt, anger and fear.
There are many wonderful spiritual practices which help to clutter clear the mind. Meditation, grounding, centering, inquiring, reliving, so many wonderful practices are available.
The one that I work with mostly is Ho'oponopono of Dr.Hew Len.
It contains just four sentences that is said to one's own Higher Self. They are:
"I am sorry
Please forgive me
I thank you
I love you"
These are spoken to the Higher Self who listens to our prayers. these sentences are said from the place of taking 100% responsibility for our reality.
Our thoughts become things, in a minute more than 14 million thoughts pass through our mind but we are aware of only about 10 -15 of them. The rest become unconscious, but these are still capable of creating the reality we experience.
So we take 100% responsibility and say, "'I am sorry', I do not know what kind of thoughts I am holding that are creating the things in front of me. 'Please forgive', erase and cleanse this mind data. The Higher Self is listening to our prayers so, we say 'I thank you' for erasing and making clean, bringing me to zero point where only Divine inspiration flows in me. 'I love you.'"
These 4 sentences are repeated as many times as possible during the day, throughout the day.
Through clutter clearing the mind I have noticed a lightness descend on the body and mind, an ability to be in a higher positive energy, clarity of vision and balance of emotions.
Let us choose to clutter clear the mind, it is a responsibility towards ourselves and for the Planet.
Blessings!
