THIS WORLD IS A PROJECTION OF OUR THINKING

THIS WORLD IS A PROJECTION OF OUR THINKING
We do not actually love others; we only love the concepts we have about them. We project our concepts on to the world and we compare. It is not possible to have the idea of a mistake unless we are comparing our ideas and concepts with the reality of the world outside. The concept of a mistake happens only in the mind story. As long as we hold on to a negative concept about someone, we will continue to project it on to everyone. This is how we create a discord in our reality. So if there is a discord in our reality on the outside, we need to go within and heal the concept inside us. When we learn to love ourselves truly, it will not be possible to project the concept that other people do not love us. What we give to ourselves, we will project on to the world outside.
We deplete our energy by attaching to our judgments about the world. Instead of healing ourselves, we start searching for that perfect person who would love and understand us and complete us in all of the ways that we could not. In our search, we demand that our parent, spouse, or children validate the caring, the love, the nurturing, the acceptance, and the respect that we are not giving ourselves. That is why we want them to behave according to our ideals and our concepts. We try to mould them to our whims and fancies, and we create discord in our relationships when they are not what we want them to be. We never get to truly know them or see them as they are as we constantly seek to see them only from our ideals. Hence, we lose the joy of knowing the true person in our lifetime.
Each person is a universe unto themselves. Each person can understand only their own story. No one can ever understand another person’s story, and even if they do understand, it will only be from their perspective. Therefore, no one will be able to love or understand you the way that you want. Realizing this is a grand freedom. Realizing this we come to the understanding that the only person who can love and understand us the way we want is our own self. We are the ones we are seeking.
The only true love affair is what we have with ourselves. The experience of love and understanding cannot come from anyone outside us; it can only come from within us. I cannot tell you truly that I love you, all I can say is “I love me more when I am with you” or “I love me more for having created you in my space.”
We are one hundred percent responsible for our own happiness; no one has authority over our life as only we have the authority. By noticing the concepts and thoughts that we attach to, we realize that no one can frighten us – it is our own doing. The world is a projection of our thinking. So when we understand our thinking, we understand the world. When we are at peace within ourselves, the world is at peace. When we love ourselves, there is clarity in our mind and through clarity we can see that all is good. We are all absolutely safe, and there are no mistakes in the Universe.
Blessings!

UNITY CONSCIOUSNESS BREATH MEDITATION By Solara An-Ra
Sweet Friends,
This is one of the few meditations that I love to do everyday, especially I do this as soon as I wake up in the morning. It takes just 10 minutes to do this.
This meditation uplifts my spirit and makes me feel close to the heart of Father Mother God.
The 3 great experiences of this meditation are awakening of the pineal, healing body, mind and soul, and tuning with the 5th dimensional Christ consciousness.
Solara An-Ra is a beautiful being of immense love and light and her work on this Planet is truly wonderful! She is a champion for humanity!
Her website http://www.solara.org.uk has many free meditations with transcripts for each. Each meditation brings a beautiful experience of rejuvenating the body, mind, and soul!
Let us choose to live close to the heart of the Creator, let us choose to love and empower ourselves.

AWARENESS

AWARENESS OF UNIVERSAL ENERGY
(An Excerpt from my book "Twelve Steps to Inner Peace")
Quantum physics states that this is a participatory universe. The abundant creative energies of the Universe respond to our expectations, and they are connected to human consciousness through intention. Every thought and feeling radiates from us in the form of energy fields that pour out into the universe and affect other energy fields around us. Our attention is awareness; it is energy through which we communicate with life. We have the freedom to choose to place our attention anywhere we like. The benevolent universal energies respond to our attention and co-create with us. This is why whatever we focus on magnifies.
Due to the fall of consciousness, many are unconscious of being unconscious. The few who came into this knowledge took advantage of the fallen human situation to gain power and control over the many as they learned to direct the attention of the masses on images of trauma, despair and destruction. The repeated focus of attention on words, pictures, and descriptions generate tremendous energy and thought forms from the masses that continue to create hopelessness and powerlessness on life situations.
Thoughts and feelings are very real and they have form. Our imaginations are powerful tools to create what we want in life.
All of the events of our life and of the planet are not random, meaningless acts. They are our unconscious creation due to lack of awareness. We are made up of both the physical and the non-physical material of the Universe, and according to the law of, “as above so below; as below so above,” the universal energies support us in the creation of the collective ideals. The collective imaginations and agreements of all participants in the physical are supported in the non-physical and an energy structure is created according to the beliefs of the collective.
Being born into a collective consciousness on the planet is a powerful venture; it is a gift. Every individual affects the collective by their thoughts and feelings created by what they choose to believe at any given moment. Choosing to wake up and be in the place of awareness, in the present moment, is our gift to life.
This is the time of the birthing of a new humanity. A humanity that walks the planet in complete awareness. The cosmic intelligence of the Universe is constantly inviting us to wake up, to be aware and alert, and to consciously co-create with the goodness of the Universal energies NOW.
The innumerable crop circles, the meteor showers, solar flares, eclipses, and pole shifts are urging us to wake up to the truth of our connection to the Universe, and to be awakened to our power as being of peace and compassionate generosity.
Our bodies are intelligent tools that have been given to us to wake up to our power. Noticing our breath, connecting to our heartbeat, and viewing our world from the center of our head, are powerful ways to stay in awareness. Practicing pranic breathing connects us to the wisdom of our heart.
Albert Einstein stated that “We cannot solve our problems with the same level of thinking that created them.” This is very true because we cannot change our reality from the same consciousness that made it. We must wake up and shift our consciousness toward what we want to create through being alert and aware in the present moment.
Blessings!

PRACTICING THE ART OF KINDNESS

PRACTICING THE ART OF KINDNESS
Kindness is the greatest art of human living. Kindness makes life more sacred. Kindness builds Heaven on Earth.
Some may say that knowledge is the first requirement for living a human life, but I observe that kindness is the first requirement. For, knowledge can be easily available through books, teachers, and experiences; knowledge is just an imitation of all things learned. They can never truly connect with, or weave harmony among humanity.
In fact knowledge and cleverness so far has only helped to create a world of chaos. Knowledge and cleverness cannot give birth to Wisdom.
Wisdom comes from practicing the 'heart truths' of kindness, gentleness, and understanding. Practicing the art of kindness starts with oneself. Practicing kindness, one does not attach to thoughts of fear, sadness, guilt, or resentment that arise in the mind. One does not terrorize oneself with the fear stories and imaginations of the mind. One lives in kindness as kindness itself; living totally in the place of trust.
Kindness towards oneself brings the understanding that life is not difficult, but it is the images created in the mind (the thinking), that makes it difficult. When we undo the turmoil on the inside, the world around us becomes peaceful and quiet. Our world on the outside is projected from the consciousness we hold on the inside. When we choose to practice kindness on the inside, we project a much kinder world on the outside.
Let us practice being kind to ourselves so that our world on the outside becomes more kinder.
Blessings!

ARE YOU WILLING TO 'SWITCH ON' THE LIGHT?

ARE YOU WILLING TO 'SWITCH ON' THE LIGHT?
In a dark room if you 'switch on' the light, the darkness disappears. In the same way when you are in the dark with low frequency thoughts of anger, guilt, shame, hatred, or fear, you can switch on the light of peace, kindness, harmony, and fun.
The 'switch' is the willingness to drop the thoughts of low frequency and become more loving towards yourself.
Know that low frequency, or darkness is created only by thoughts, you are much more powerful than your thoughts.
It is possible to 'switch on' to thoughts of higher frequencies of love, peace, and kindness. Have you noticed that when you think about a comedy or some fun activity that you did a few weeks, months, or even years ago, immediately makes your body to smile or even laugh out loud. Also have you noticed that when you think about a tragedy that happened years ago, it makes you feel sad.
Notice that your body does not know if the situation you are feeding it by thoughts happened yesterday, a year ago or eons ago. The body lives in the now moment, and it accepts obediently what you feed it. So if you feed it thoughts of love and kindness, it will respond with joy and well being. And if you choose to feed it negative, fear thoughts, it responds with sadness, anxiety and increased amount of adrenaline secretion which leads to innumerable physical discomfort and problems.
The 'switch' is in your hands, you can either switch on the thoughts of high frequency or live in the thoughts of darkness, of low frequency. Remember the light will dissolve the darkness, it always does! The choice is yours.
Blessings!

GENEROSITY

GENEROSITY
(An Excerpt from my book "Twelve Steps to Inner Peace")

If in my consciousness I am holding on to the concepts of suffering, then I have no light to shine for others. If I continue to help people from this consciousness, I will be only giving my attention to their pain. Therefore, my mind would get busy focusing on their anguish and amplifying it.
You cannot be fully present for people if you are focusing on their pain. Anyone in pain needs to hold the hand of a person who is emotionally strong, happy, and capable to see the best in them and in that situation. Not someone who is projecting the pain thus becoming completely helpless themselves.
I remember one occasion when I had visited with the nuns at Mother Teresa’s “Home for the dying destitute” in India. It so happened on this particular day that they had found a man left to die on the streets. They picked him up, brought him to their center, and proceeded to give him a warm sponge bath. One of the nuns was holding the man while the other was sponging and cleaning him. The man gave a sigh, just closed his eyes, and died in the arms of the nuns. At first they were shocked, but when they realized he had died, they laughed. I was puzzled and asked them about it. The reply they gave me was so profound that I carry it in my heart to this very day. They said that Mother Teresa had shared with them the meaning of their service to humanity. She had said that God comes to us in distressing disguise to trigger the generosity and kindness in our hearts.

Generosity is a concept; but unless we do an act of generosity, we do not understand what it is. So these nuns understood that the dying man was a definite distressing disguise of God helping them to awaken the generosity and kindness within them. They rejoiced and were thankful for this expansion of consciousness!
When we understand that a benevolent Creator created the world lovingly for us, we understand our experiences of expanded consciousness. And when we understand our experiences, we understand the world and in that understanding, comes Peace.
Blessings!

BEING CONSCIOUS OF NEEDINESS

BEING CONSCIOUS OF NEEDINESS
(An Excerpt from my book "Twelve Steps to Inner Peace")

Most of us are unconsciously addicted to neediness. This unconsciousness makes us constantly in need of others' love, approval, reward, recognition, acknowledgement, and attention. In order to get this, we go out of our way to please others and do all that which is not true for us.
We forget how to be ourselves. In our neediness, we strive to do the things that the other person likes; we forget what we like.   We put up with things that our body and mind does not approve of just to satisfy the need of getting the attention of the other person. We easily accept any kind of abuse or humiliation just because of our neediness of the other person's love, or approval.
This unconscious behavior makes every human relationship painful.  Then worry, doubt, stress, and anxiety become the norm of everyday life.    We come into this world alone, and we go back alone. We are Divine beings, and our Divinity within is abundant enough to satisfy all of our needs. The problem began when we lost focus on our Divinity within and started focusing on the outside for our needs. Attachment to something outside the self is an illusion. Even if people love each other very much and tend to cling to each other while awake, at some point sleep walks in and takes each one far away to mysterious lands.
When we grow up, our senses start working, and we see that we are alone. As we never trained our senses to go within, we often end up attaching ourselves to people, power, and material things on the outside.
Every indulgence of clinging or neediness on the outside, is a sure sign of forgetting to connect with the Divinity within. Neediness comes out of the fear of being alone.    When we choose to focus, connect, and grow in the Divinity within us, we are doing a great service for ourselves. By focusing on the Divinity within, we become mature, alert, awake, satisfied, loving, and compassionate. We become the wellspring of understanding and wisdom.  Our actions and relationships are authentic when they come from the place of the Divinity within. All actions and relationships that arise from the mind and its logic, will be out of neediness. Every action that is not from the place of Divinity within, will automatically seek for approval or reward. It will come from the place of expectation, and expectations lead to disappointments.
When we understand and accept our whole selves from the heart, we radiate with the light of wisdom from within. We can then go beyond need, and we can share our light with others. Otherwise, when we have no light in us, we will become addicted to things on the outside to satisfy. However, the things on the outside can never satisfy us. We will continue to seek and in our seeking, we will not be able to live in our truth. When we do not live in our truth, we lose our joy.
We can help others only when we have helped ourselves first. This brings to me the flight safety instructions on an airplane, which simply say, to first put the oxygen mask on you before helping anyone else, even if it is a child.
Let us choose to identify, to notice our neediness with an open mind, let us catch ourselves in the act of self-sabotage, and change our programming to self-growth and well being.
Blessings!

MY FAVORITE QUOTE FOR TODAY

“The Hindu deity Hanuman offers a similar example of devotional service. Every act he performs becomes an offering to Rama (God). His service brings him to the very edge of unitive love. How powerful his vision: “When I know who I am, I am you,” he says, kneeling before Rama, “when I don’t know who I am, I serve you.”
― Ram Dass

We Are One

POWERFUL REMINDER
We All are One
“Souls love. That’s what souls do. Egos don’t, but souls do. Become a soul, look around, and you’ll be amazed-all the beings around you are souls. Be one, see one. When many people have this heart connection, then we will know that we are all one, we human beings all over the planet. We will be one. One love. And don’t leave out the animals, and trees, and clouds, and galaxies-it’s all one. It’s one energy.”
― Ram Dass

A beautiful story of Awakening

JOURNEY OF AWAKENING
“A young lad was sent to school. He began his lessons with the other children, and the first lesson the teacher set him was the straight line, the figure “one.” But whereas the others went on progressing, this child continued writing the same figure. After two or three days the teacher came up to him and said, “Have you finished your lesson?” He said, “No, I’m still writing ‘one.’ ” He went on doing the same thing, and when at the end of the week the teacher asked him again he said, “I have not yet finished it.” The teacher thought he was an idiot and should be sent away, as he could not or did not want to learn. At home the child continued with the same exercise and the parents also became tired and disgusted. He simply said, “I have not yet learned it, I am learning it. When I have finished I shall take the other lessons.” The parents said, “The other children are going on further, school has given you up, and you do not show any progress; we are tired of you.” And the lad thought with sad heart that as he had displeased his parents too he had better leave home. So he went into the wilderness and lived on fruits and nuts. After a long time he returned to his old school. And when he saw the teacher he said to him, “I think I have learned it. See if I have. Shall I write on this wall?” And when he made his sign the wall split in two. —Hazrat Inayat Khan The Sufi Message of Hazrat Inayat Khan”

SACRED HUMAN CONNECTIONS

SACRED HUMAN CONNECTIONS
(An Excerpt from my book "Twelve steps to Inner Peace")
The last frontier of humanity is not the evolution of technology, but it is the evolution into Higher Consciousness. The projected world outside is the mirror image of the world inside. Every relationship becomes a tool for the evolvement of Higher Consciousness.
To become fully conscious of the true self, we need to understand that every single human being that comes into our space is a true reflection of us. If the person shows beauty, grace and wisdom, they are truly reflecting us, if they show greed, selfishness, or cruelty; they are also truly reflecting us. We live our lives denying our dark side. One of the most important spiritual practices is to acknowledge our dark side and understand that a person with dark qualities comes into our lives in order for us to bring this quality into the light. The moment we acknowledge and forgive the dark side in us, and willingly embrace both the light and dark sides of ourselves, we come to a better understanding of the Universal consciousness, and we begin to heal ourselves and our relationships.
Healing ourselves can happen only by aligning ourselves with our Divine Presence. The more we align ourselves, the more we will love and be in joy with ourselves. We will start enjoying our own company because our life will no longer be mind-ridden as it will be from the place of devotion to the Divine. Life becomes an overflowing joy for no reason, joy becomes our true nature, and we do not need to depend on anyone to bring us joy or comfort. We become a well spring of joy, and our joy is so infectious that it embraces all life in unconditional love.
Aligning with Divinity every day helps us to be aware of the mind stories and to drop them. Letting go the mind stories and letting go of searching for reasons, we come into our freedom from suffering. Duality of the world is not the suffering, but the mind stories about the duality is the cause of suffering.
Every human relationship is also a creation from our consciousness. As souls we choose our parents and families to be born into and as we start growing up, our consciousness chooses to bring people into our lives for us to relate, interact and grow with. When we are living from the mind story, we start judging, comparing, competing, blaming, and finally suffering with our relationships.
According to the words of Rumi:
“The minute I heard my first love story, I started looking for you, not knowing how blind that was. Lovers don't finally meet somewhere. They're in each other all along.”
People do not come into our lives by chance or by accident. From our deep consciousness we create them in our life. We call unto their souls to come and play with us. When we are in alignment with our Divine Presence, we relate to people with gratitude and respect. Our joy and unconditional love overflows and helps our partners and us to grow in wisdom and to expand in consciousness.
Every human is unique. Every person lives in his or her own mind created world, and every person has his or her own ideas, thoughts, and concepts. Every human relationship is sacred because every relationship triggers a conflict with the mind stories. You are not even aware of your mind stories until someone comes along to challenge them. If you are living attached to your mind stories, much conflict and confusion will be created. But when you choose to align with your Divine Presence, you will be lead to drop your mind stories through the light of understanding. You will then be your own savior and you will not hold people responsible for your happiness. You will be aware that the sacredness of every human relationship is to help you to grow in wisdom and understanding.
Blessings!

A Reminder

POWERFUL REMINDER

Every human relationship is sacred. Relationships founded on obligations or expectations are stressed and lack freedom and love. A perfect loving relationship is the one where there are no demands, no expectations, and no dependency.
I am reminded of the Gestalt Prayer

I do my thing and you do your thing.
I am not in this world to live up to your expectations,
And you are not in this world to live up to mine.
You are you, and I am I,
and if by chance we find each other, it's beautiful.

(Fritz Perls, "Gestalt Therapy Verbatim", 1969)

STOPPING MEDITATION

STOPPING MEDITATION
A message from Neale Donald Walsch
There are many ways to meditate, and it was a wonderful discovery when I learned this. One of the most powerful forms of meditation for me is what I have called Stopping Meditation. The reason this is so powerful for me is that it can be done anywhere, and it takes very little time. Therefore, it is perfect for busy people "on the go."
Stopping Meditation means just that. It means we stop whatever we are doing for just a moment and pay attention to something about it. We dissect it in that moment, and then look closely at one of its individual pieces.
Stopping Meditation can be used in the midst of a very busy day.
Here is how Stopping Meditation works.
Decide that six times today (and every day) you will stop whatever you are doing for 10 seconds and look closely and intently at one of its component pieces.
Let us say you are washing the dishes. Stop what you are doing for 10 seconds-just STOP in the middle of it-and peer deep inside one aspect of what you are doing. Look, perhaps, at the water. See it splashing on the dishes. See if you can count the drops of water on the dish in your hand. Just count the water drops. I know it is an impossible task, but undertake to do it anyway, just for 10 seconds.
Consider the wonder of the water. Look deeply into it. Peer inside. GO inside, in your Consciousness. See what you experience there, see what you find. Just stop for a tiny moment and appreciate that moment in a singular way.
Okay, now the 10 seconds are up. Now pull yourself out of that highly focused reality and back into the larger space of your experience. Don't get "lost" in it. Blink your eyes rapidly, or snap your finger, and literally snap out of it. Then, notice what you experienced for that brief moment.
Now go on with what you were doing. Yet don't be surprised if it takes on a whole new quality.
What you have done is truly appreciate something. To "appreciate" something is to make it larger, to increase it, as property, for instance, appreciates in value.
When you use Stopping Meditation, you increase the value of your life. And of life itself. It has been my experience that this inevitably returns me to a place of peace.
In order to remind yourself to do this six times a day you may wish to have a little timer with you, or set your watch to beep. Later, as you get used to doing this, your stopping will come automatically to you. You will do this without having to be reminded.
Walking down the street, you will simply stop for a moment and select a portion of what you are seeing and see it again, in a deeper way. You will know what you already know about that, but you will know it in a deeper way. This is called "knowing again," or re-cognizing. The purpose of all of your life is simply this: to know again, to recognize, what is true, and Who You Really Are.
There are a thousand ways to do this. Maybe you catch a reflection of yourself in a store window. Maybe you see a bus going by. Perhaps you spy a dog on the street, or a pebble at your feet. It does not matter what you focus on for those 10 seconds. Just stop for a tiny moment and appreciate that moment in a singular way.
Experience this while making love. Stop what you are doing for 10 seconds, separate the moment into its component parts, select one part of the moment and peer deeply into it. Maybe it is the look in your beloved's eyes. Maybe it is a sensation you are feeling-or creating. Just stop for a tiny moment and appreciate that moment in a singular way.
I have regular times when I do this, and making love is one of them. Standing in the shower is another. Eating food is another. Pick up a pea from the plate, or a kernel of corn. Consider it. Appreciate it. Taste it utterly and completely. Your meal times will never be the same. Your showers will never be the same. Your lovemaking will never be the same. YOU will never be the same.
This is Stopping Meditation. It takes one minute a day. Sixty seconds, in six individual installments. Six moments within which you may produce The Holy Experience.
Today, stop what you are doing. Just STOP. Look deeply into the moment. If nothing else, just close your eyes and focus on the sound of your own breath. Experience the pure energy of life moving into and through your body. Just for that moment, listen to yourself breathe. Watch yourself take deeper breaths. Just listening to yourself makes you want to go deeper into the experience-and so you begin to breath more deeply. It is a wonderful thing, an extraordinary thing. Just STOPPING makes you go deeper. Deeper into your experience, deeper into the mind of God.

KINDNESS TO THE PLANET IS KINDNESS TO ONESELF

KINDNESS TO THE PLANET IS KINDNESS TO ONESELF

As we all know our Mother Earth is going through the Great Shift. This huge shift in consciousness, one that occurs once in 26,000 years. And usually in such a shift the entire planet is wiped out of all life, but we chose to stay with the Earth to consciously awaken ourselves. When we connect with the Earth everyday from our heart and mind the Earth will carry us smoothly along the shift, for the Earth is a Great wise being!

"Due to the fall in consciousness we forgot that the Earth and everything around us is very much alive, and very much willing to co-create with us, we thought we needed to make inventions to make things work and make ourselves too busy that we are not available to be there for others or even for ourselves , this further pushed us into the deepest slumber where we do not even understand that we are the sleeping creators of our reality."

Our bodies are borrowed earth, our emotions are borrowed energy, and our thoughts are borrowed information.  Our Earth Mother nourishes us, shelters, clothes and heals us; this Planet is our home and humanity is our family. Everything and anything that we consider to be US is actually stuff borrowed from Mother Earth, so it is wise to choose to live in oneness with the Earth and all its beings, for I believe that this will help us to truly reach home, to the heart of the Creator.

It is time we wake up and take responsibility to cherish and love ourselves, our Planet home and our human family. I have heard that the Tibetan Lama's special ritual everyday is to sit on the ground and touch the Earth with their palms spread wide and send loving thoughts to Mother Earth.  I feel the Earth responds lovingly to their kindness.  Let us choose to be kind to ourselves and to our Planet in every way we can!
Blessings!

HEALING IN THE QUANTUM LEVEL

HEALING IN THE QUANTUM LEVEL

We are beloved children of the Universe, multidimensional beings who live in many parallel and alternate dimensions. We have lived many lifetimes and we collect our wisdom from these experiences and we deal with everyday life situations from these experiences. In this our grand journeys we meet with many people and many many challenging situations, and in every one of these experiences we tend to do the best we can, consciously or unconsciously we make vows, agreements and bonding with people and situations. At certain point in our life now we ask why certain situations are persistently present even after doing a lot of therapies and cleansing.

The truth is that we are powerful beings and nothing and no one has the power to harm us or take away from us unless we give them the power to do so. Everyone of us on Earth are here to participate in the mass awakening of humanity to the truth that our thoughts create our reality, and that it is time for us to wake up and take charge of our life with mindful awareness in these times of turmoil.

At this time many are puzzled by certain unexplainable life situations, recurring nightmares of people, places and situations that they have never experienced in this life time, and dis-eases of the physical body which have no reason and no cures in modern medicine. I have found that working with our issues from the Quantum level brings great relief in many ways. The Quantum K healing video is available on youtube, it is free for all, it is a powerful experience where you can participate in total awareness to bring well being into the physical body, mind, and soul. The link for this :http://www.quantumk.co.uk/quantumk_video.htm

Another way to heal our issues is to connect with our Celestial Soul and ask for guidance, protection and help. We can connect with our soul through deep meditation, and also during the times before waking up and when we are just about to sleep at night, these are times where we are half awake - half asleep, at this time the mind is silent and we are much closer to our Celestial Soul. At this time consciously we can ask our soul for protection, guidance and solutions to our challenges. I have found this to be very beneficial 100% of the time.

Developing the ability to become mindfully aware of what we think, feel, and speak and choosing to structure our life with clarity of thought, word, and deed are most important for living an empowered life. Let us choose to empower ourselves and our fellow beings so that we create well being, beauty, and joy for ourselves and this Planet!
Blessings!

OUR RESPONSE-ABILITY TO LIFE IS TO WAKE UP AND CREATE GRANDNESS

OUR RESPONSE-ABILITY TO LIFE IS TO WAKE UP AND CREATE GRANDNESS

Just the other day I was sharing this thought with one of my young friends who was pregnant with her first child, that when her baby is born she will also be born as a mother, till that time she is only a girl, then when her baby is born the Universe blesses her with every tool to be a mother for that child.

We are beloved children of the Universe, and the Universe takes care of all our needs in amazing ways.  It is wonderful to know that the moment a situation is placed in front of us, the Universe provides us with the capability to deal with it.

This concept is true all the time in every situation.  It may be a situation where we need to pay back our loans, or it may be a challenging exam, or interview, or a challenging relationship, or health problem, anything.

It is my trust and knowing through the many experiences of my life journey that the Universe always provides for us. But it is we who blind ourselves with fearful mind stories about the situation, create and encourage stress thoughts about the situation and constantly try to search for answers from people and things on the outside.

The answer to every situation lies within us, as soon as a challenge presents itself in our space we get embodied with tools and wisdom to capably deal with the challenge.  Since, most of us are asleep to this knowledge we continue to seek for answers outside and most of our society on the outside runs on gossip of exaggeration and fear stories of terror and woundedness about everything.

Since we are asleep, we do not question these fear stories, we continue to believe in them and remain stuck creating stress which affects our body and mind. It is time we choose to wake up to question our fears and choose to connect with our wisdom within.

When we question our fear, our fear thoughts vanish, and when we choose to connect with our wisdom within we create grand solutions for our challenges, these grand solutions are great gifts not only for us but for the collective consciousness of humanity.

There are many many ways to connect with the wisdom within, it involves mindful awareness, knowing that the body and mind are our tools to connect with the world we can become the watchers of our mind , as soon as a watcher appears the fear thoughts vanish.
Choosing moments of silence and conscious awareness during the "busy" times of the day will help us to connect with our wisdom within.
To practice silent mindfulness, we can observe our breath for sometime, while observing ones breath surprisingly the thoughts vanish.
We can choose to do simple things with complete enjoyment like take a walk in nature, hug a tree, lie on the grass, talk to a flower, play with an animal, go to a park and hear the laughter of children, notice fish swim in water, walk barefoot on a beach, fly a kite, blow bubbles, just sit still and enjoy daydreaming, eventhough these are simple things when done with complete enjoyment they will connect us to our inner wisdom.
Making a meditation out of every activity of the day will also help us to connect with our inner wisdom and capably solve our challenges, for example if we are walking we can use all our senses to feel our feet touching the ground, feel the pressure, notice the sound, feel the texture of the ground, or while cleaning dishes we can make every moment of soaping, touching water, touching dishes a meditation by being mindfully aware of the moment to moment action of doing the dishes.

It is important to know that we are capable of solving our challenges when we connect with our wisdom within.  The Universe loves us immensely and prepares us for every challenge by placing the appropriate tools of wisdom within us.  It is our responsibility to life to find these tools and activate them.  We are a grand creation, let us choose to create grandness for ourselves, for humanity, and for this beautiful Planet!

Blessings!

A QUESTION AND ANSWER SESSION

A QUESTION AND ANSWER SESSION TO SHARE
One of my young friends recently asked me this question. This is a common question for many of the youngsters who get married in India, especially if it is an arranged marriage, the people around them, the elders and their relatives expect them to have children as soon as possible, this is because of the traditional beliefs of legalized procreation and preservation of family wealth.
But modern life with all its "busyness" where both husband and wife have to earn for a living is creating so much of stress for the young married couples and along with the stress of tradition and culture many are asking this question. The answer may also bless those who are not bound by culture and tradition but are trying to have children. In all cultures children are considered the fruit of the Spirit and when a woman is not able to conceive she criticizes herself more than the society around her.
Q: I am going through extreme stress and frustration because it has been more than a year (2 years/3 years/5 years) since I got married and we still have no children. Every time we make love our thoughts are only on trying to have a child and love making has become so very stressful. Please help me with a solution to this problem.
A: Thank you for sharing your heart with me. I am sorry that you feel stressed by this.
It is a common misconception that all our life we have to prove, and please others and live our lives for others. But in reality if we are not there then there is no world, only through your body mind and soul you connect with the thing outside called the world. You out of your love asked the creator for a body and came into this planet to interact with the planet through this body. Every interaction you have with the Planet will be excellent and efficient if it comes from the love for yourself. But this world on the outside taught us to prove and please others rather than ourselves. So in order to get the approval of people on the outside we stress ourselves and lose our joy.
We are indeed created in the image and likeness of the Creator, so every aspect of the mighty creator is in us. We can create anything we want but.. BUT, if we do not live from our joy we cannot create. Creation needs JOY! Every teaching of this world outside, from our families, the education system, to our societies and culture have taught us again and again, that "we are not good enough" and that "we do not deserve" this has made our lives so stressful, for we lost our knowledge of the Creator’s essence in us and also lost our joy in the process of satisfying others. Know that you deserve to live a wonderful life. Your body is the temple and the Divine lives in you. Your first and foremost duty is to love yourself immensely and respect yourself. It is not necessary to give in to the whims and fancies of the world outside, whoever it may be, it is not worth it. Learn to love yourself, I would say re-learn, because as a baby you did love yourself, but as you started to grow up you forgot that because of trying to please everyone outside.
A child is definitely the fruit of the Spirit of the Divine, and when there is joy there is the work of the Divine in us.I would suggest that you let go stress by getting back to your childish nature, go connect with nature, take a walk in a park , sit under a tree, go fly a kite, blow bubbles, see a comedy video, take a chocolate break, do things which would bring back laughter and joy into your life. And make love with your dear husband not because you have to get a baby but because you deserve love, he deserves love and because you admire, respect, and love each other. Start appreciating each other with kind words and small gifts of love every day for each other, in any creative way you can. Start loving and playing with each other for fun, do things for fun, go run on the beach, or fly a kite, or play games for fun, bring lot of fun into your life. Drop others’ opinions whatever it might be , now only do things for yourself. And one fine day you will notice that the Spirit of the Divine has co-created a new life with you both.
To enhance the process of re-learning to love yourself, please do this affirmation/mantra everyday as many times as possible. You can memorize it and say it when you are doing your work, cooking, cleaning, washing dishes, or going shopping, anywhere, anytime. You can also make a happy journal for yourself and write this affirmation down as a love letter to yourself as many times as you can. Also you can print it out and post it on your fridge, on your computer table, or on your bath room mirror as reminders for you. I would also suggest that first thing in the morning look at yourself in the mirror, and look into the eyes of the image looking back at you, it is the God/Goddess.... look into the eyes and say this affirmation/mantra (from Louise Hay)
" I love myself
I am wonderful
Today is one of the best days of my life
Everything is working out for my highest good
Whatever I need to know is revealed to me
Whatever I need comes to me
All is well!"
At first this affirmation may sound silly to you because you have not loved yourself for so long, you loved others but you criticized yourself. So now you are learning to love yourself immensely, so be patient with yourself and continue to do the affirmations as many times as possible with full feeling from your heart, making it your truth.
Forget the past, be in this NOW moment only, in this now moment you love yourself, as the most wonderful Divine being, who has unlimited capacity to create happiness in any way you want it.
Choose to become a joyful co-creator with the Divine.
Blessings!

A QUESTION AND ANSWER SESSION TO SHARE

A QUESTION AND ANSWER SESSION TO SHARE
Recently a sweet friend asked me,
Q. How is it possible to show the same love and affection to everyone, sometimes there are people who irritate us in such a way that I do not have a good feeling and I cannot show them love ?
A. At one time in my life I realized that "all is one", that we are all "One Consciousness" There is no tree inside a tree, there is only consciousness; there is no rock inside a rock, only consciousness; there is no person inside a person, only consciousness, and the forms are all impermanent they may come and they may go away but the consciousness that resides inside the form is the one that is permanent. The more I realized this , the more I chose to hold on to the permanent rather than the impermanent.
Our beautiful Indian tradition of saying "namaste/namaskaram" is a grand reminder of this concept. When we say namaste by folding our palms in front of our heart and looking at the person in front of us, we acknowledge that the body is the temple and that the Divine resides inside each body/form, so when we say namaste, the Divine in us is saluting the Divine in the other person.
I can understand your feelings of irritation that you are talking about, do you know that in this planet there is no me and the other person. It is only me, everyone is a form of me, separation is only in the mind, it is an illusion, this is a cosmic comedy, everything around us is a reflection of our own selves. And that is why every religion and every great master who came into the Planet talks about doing unto others what we want them to do unto us. This is a grand secret to the way of wisdom and freedom!
We get irritated with people when we see our faults in them, so I truly feel that each person is a representation of every aspect of ourselves, they come into our lives as gifts so that we can see ourselves and choose the attributes that we would wish to live by. Some people are examples showing us how to live our lives in a wonderful way, and some people teach us how not to live our lives. So every one in a way is our teacher, it is wise to take that which you want and to give thanks for all the revelations that life brings to us in mysterious ways.
Realizing this we can easily drop our judgments about people, this will take us to our expansion beyond the mind stories. This will bring us freedom, help us to gather wisdom in every situation and allow us to live as our Divine Selves on this Planet. Forgetting to live as our Divine Selves is the only illusion on this Planet.
Trust that I have answered your question.
Blessings!

THE CHALLENGE OF HUMAN DRAMAS FOR THE EVOLVING NEW HUMANITY

THE CHALLENGE OF HUMAN DRAMAS FOR THE EVOLVING NEW HUMANITY

We are so fascinated by dramas, we love the theater, the TV serials and all kinds of stage performances.  It is important to notice our fascination with the roles of victims, villains and heroes in these dramas. Unconsciously we identify with these roles and continue to play them in our everyday lives.  We create these identities based on mind stories of good and bad. The more unaware we are the more we are trapped in the roles of victim, villain and hero.

The society, the family, and the religion assign these roles for us to play through many belief systems of fear.  We desperately want to fit into these roles to please and to prove. This traps us indefinitely in the struggles of life that bring pain and bondage. These roles are played within our every relationships whether it be the spouse, parent, children, friends, relatives, strangers, or co-workers.

Shifting into the awareness of this game we find ourselves playing this game by exaggerating, making bigger and giving names through mind stories. Without blame, guilt or lies there would be no roles to play, instead there would only be healthy responsible relationships based on honest communications. The moment we bring conscious awareness into the role playing, there is a shift in consciousness. Awareness is the key.  Transformation begins with awareness.

Belief systems and lying to one’s own self keeps one stuck in these roles. These roles always bring pain, powerlessness, and irresponsibility, they can never make one to stand in truth and freedom.

The moment we choose to play any one of these roles, we will end up playing all the three roles. Victim consciousness is based on the belief that everyone in the world is 'out there to get me'.  It is a constant looking out for what is wrong with the world.  There is always a pity party going on that brings mind stories of “ poor me”, “you are bad”, "bad things happen to me."  If you perceive yourself as someone’s rescuer you find yourself as someone’s victim, while at the same time that person will perceive you as the persecutor. We continue to attach to these roles emotionally and judge everything around us.

The basic and most important truth is that we create our reality, absolutely, there is nothing called a coincidence or an accident. At some level we create it all. We have to remember that this Universe is our mirror, this mirror truly reflects everything we send out. Therefore when we hold on to the idea that we are victims, the Universe thinks that we want to experience being a victim, and we will find villain consciousness in our space for us to experience our victim consciousness. The Universe will bring  to us more of what we hold in our consciousness till we wake up and take responsibility for what we are choosing to experience.

The ego loves role play, and if we are asleep we feel stuck in the dramas of the ego. As long as we continue to wage war between opponents, between two sides, or between good and bad we will continue to play these dramas of victim, villains, and heroes.   No matter which part we play in the struggle, we are actually perpetuating the struggle by keeping ourselves stuck in this duality game   As long as we think that we have to eradicate evil, we get trapped in this mindless game of being victim, villain, or hero. It takes discernment to refuse to play these roles, and discernment comes from living from the heart, connecting to the 'kingdom within'. Any belief comes from the fear in the ego, freedom involves eradication of beliefs.

There is no God ‘out there’ to serve, the Creator dwells in all beings, in all things seen and unseen.   The true Creator can be found within, thus every master who came to the Planet spoke about connecting to the “Kingdom within”.  Aligning to the kingdom within, reveals the Creator that is in all life.  This understanding will help one to go beyond this game of duality. This understanding will help to let go the desire for justice, revenge, or making up for the wrongs by committing more wrongs. Understanding the Creator within will lead to unconditional love, trust, and surrender which is the grandest devotion to the Divine.

Instead of fighting, resisting, or feeling victimized when we choose to surrender and trust unconditionally, we go beyond the duality game and life opens innumerable opportunities for us.  By our choice we also inspire others to realize that there is more to life than involving in the duality struggle.

The challenge in this new paradigm is to refuse to play these roles and trust life to open up new and beautiful opportunities. Being in integrity with oneself is the key to get out of this role play and evolve ourselves into a new paradigm of love and truth.  Accepting, approving, and loving the self is the golden key that leads to freedom.

We are the bringers of the New Paradigm, we are the new evolving humanity. The new paradigm has no beliefs only love and truth.

Let us choose to create this new paradigm of love and truth.

Blessings!

GOD IS THE CONSCIOUSNESS PRESENT IN ALL OF US

GOD IS THE CONSCIOUSNESS PRESENT IN ALL OF US

“I believe in God, but not as one thing, not as an old man in the sky. I believe that what people call God is something in all of us. I believe that what Jesus and Mohammed and Buddha and all the rest said was right. It's just that the translations have gone wrong.”
― John Lennon

Please do not take sides in religion, religion is man made.  The moment we take sides we lose our divinity, we forget to be the love and compassion that we were born to be.  We forget our human brotherhood, and we get blinded by prejudiced teachings against groups of people just because they have a religious label (as Christians, Muslims, Hindus etc.)  To live on this Planet as our Divine self and live as the love that we are we drop all labels and live in oneness remembering the most important teaching of all religions " Treat others as you would have them treat you"
This golden rule can be found in all ancient scriptures of our Planet:

This is the sum of duty; do naught unto others which would cause you pain if done to you. (The Mahabharata)
Hurt not others in ways that you yourself would find hurtful. (Udana-Varga 5:18)
Surely it is the maxim of loving kindness; do not do unto others what you would not have them do unto you. (Analects 15:23)
Regard your neighbor's gain as your own gain, and your neighbor's loss as your own loss. (Tai Shang Kan Ying P'ien)
That nature alone is good which refrains from doing unto another whatsoever is not good for itself. (Dadistan-I-dinik 94:5)
What is hateful to you do not to your fellowman. That is the entire law, the rest is commentary. (Talmud, Shabbat 31a)
All things whatsoever ye would that man should do to you, do ye even so to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets. ( Matthew 7:12)
No one of you is a believer until he desires for his brother that which he desires for himself. ( Sunnah)

All teachers of all religions were representatives of the grander human consciousness.  They do not ask us to worship them, they ask us to listen to the teachings from the silence of our heart space and remember and re-member with our Divine Selves.
There is no one religion, no one way to the Divine.  All day to day actions done with the depth of the sincerity and goodness of the heart is a way to re-membering with our Divinity. Forgetting our divinity is the greatest illusion on this Planet.

May we choose to drop all labels of religions, countries, and traditions, may we choose to live from our heart space of love and kindness!  May humanity awaken to its divinity!  May human brother hood and love prevail!

Blessings be to this beautiful Planet!

WORKING WITH THE MOON CYCLES

WORKING WITH THE MOON CYCLES

For thousands of years people lived largely in harmony with the rhythms of nature to ensure their survival. Keeping pace with the course of the moon, they were able to predict the forces that exerted influence on all life forms contributing to the success or failure of everything from planting, harvest, storage, hunting, to healing the body ailments.
Ancient knowledge says that the moon is the controller of the water, and circulating through the universe it sustains all living creatures.
Our human bodies consist of about seventy percent liquid. It is accepted by physicians that our bodily fluids flow more freely at the time of full moon. People suffering from asthma, bronchitis and even certain skin diseases, find their ailments aggravated under the influence of the moon. It has also been observed that people suffering from mental ailments invariably have their passions and emotional feelings affected during full moon and new moon days.
Thousands of years ago, the ancient people had recognized the influence of the moon on cultivation. Farmers were very particular about the effect of the moon on their crops. They knew that certain grains would be affected if blooming took place during a full moon period. Medical science had also ascertained the different reactions of certain medicines under different facets of the moon, because of the influence of the moon on human beings.
Many calendars of the ancient people of every continent are based on the course of the moon as the forces indicated by the position of the moon in the zodiac have far greater importance in our daily lives than those indicated by the position of the sun.
By the end of the nineteenth century the knowledge of working with the rhythms of nature was no longer in use because of the advance in technology. For when we have a telephone we no longer need to improve our telepathic skills, when there is a clock there is no longer any need to observe the sun, modern technology and medicines have promised faster solutions for all problems of daily life.
Forgetting the knowledge to live in oneness with nature, and living a fast paced unconscious life has become a very high price to pay. The quality of health, food, the value and respect for life, relationships with oneself, with the human family, animals and nature have considerably become degraded. The value of creating patience and willingness to anchor deeper wisdom from within has been totally forgotten, and we rush from past to future in such a way that the Present Moment, which is the only point where life truly occurs, gets completely lost.
The success of any intention depends not only on the availability of the necessary skills and resources, but also on the timing of the action.

(Books for reference " Moon Time" and "The Art of Timing" by Paungger & Poppe)

A short information on the moon cycles within a month and the things they enhance in our everyday life if we choose to work with them:

New Moon brings -
New beginnings, fresh starts, optimism, hope and faith,

Waxing Moon brings -
Building, accomplishments, creativity, strength, growth and learning, positive transformation

Full Moon brings -
Abundance, harvest, wish-fulfillment, manifesting desires, sexuality, achieving all dreams, protection

Waning Moon brings -
Letting go, clearing away, cleansing, releasing, shedding old patterns, undoing bindings, opening up problem-knots, making space

Dark Moon brings -
Rest, Peace, deep wisdom, divination, contacting the guru within, letting things die away completely

From the information above it is clear that measures taken to remove things - like clean the house, or detoxify the body or go in for a surgery will be more effective when the moon is waning. The waxing moon on the other hand enhances growth of everything about life, so whatever we choose to grow can be done effectively during this time.

This blog is written in order to bring back to memory the ancient wisdom of living in oneness with nature for those who would like to slow down and take time to anchor wisdom from within.

Blessings!

A QUESTION AND ANSWER SESSION TO SHARE

A QUESTION AND ANSWER SESSION TO SHARE

A dear friend who was troubled by all the recent violent happenings around and asked this question.

QUESTION
If soul writes its Journey before birth then why some people are violent /criminals , why does the soul write to rape/murder others ?

ANSWER
In this physical planet we chose to work only with our minds and we chose not to give room for the soul or its messages. So in order to understand anything related to the soul we need to move from the dimension of duality (good/bad, ugly/beautiful) and be in the place of non-judgment.
To be in the place of non-judgment one has to REALLY DO the spiritual work of practicing silence, slowing down to notice the breath, taking time to connect with nature... for these are the grand teachers who will help one to shift to the place of non-judgment and compassion.
Doing the spiritual work takes practice, practice, and more sincere practice. This is because for many many years mankind has fallen into the trap of mind stories. The mind is the one respected, adored, and valued till now. Hence if one needs to understand the soul one needs to get out of this zone of the mind.
So if you are willing to come with me into this realm of the absolute/non-judgment, I can show you the answer.
If possible at this time please take a deep breath, notice your breath as it moves within and around you without you taking any effort, place your hand on your heart and notice your heart beating and doing its work without any effort from you. You are being breathed and lived without any effort on your part.
Now let us analyse the answer to this powerful question. Please know and understand that this Planet is a place of co-creation, and great beings from the realm of the absolute decide to come into a human body and choose to play the game called "I do not know who I am" , " I do not know who God is". In order to play this game there needs to be the theme of duality (which is everything to do with good vs bad, right vs wrong, ugly vs beautiful). This game of duality is a great co-creation, for here the good needs the bad to survive, and the bad needs the good to survive and so on and so forth.
The players are willing volunteers in this game and they know deep within that there is never any damage or destruction done to them, all the so called damage or destruction is the illusion of this game of duality. The game was created for experiencing the opposites and gathering wisdom from each experience.
Hence the victims and villains are voluntary co-creators who agree to play the game from the soul level. When we are in the place of the mind and its judgment we can never understand the game, our mind knows only what it knows, it cannot understand the absolute. The mind judges and reacts to all the situations with intense fear, for the mind is born only when the body is born and the mind has to die with the body when the body dies. The mind was created to protect and help the body survive, so the mind takes its job seriously and lives in extreme fear of death. It cannot accept any harm done to the body.
Every game of duality is a catalyst for the players and everyone touched by the game of the players to turn within and seek solutions beyond the mind and body. Hence we find many turning towards spirituality to find answers. Sincerely practicing and working to open ones heart and live form the heart space rather than from the mind will help one to move beyond the games of the mind and understand the truth of existence.
The 7 GREAT TRUTHS here are that
1. there are no victims and no villains,
2. every game of duality is played only by agreements, some souls agree to play the game of the victim and some agree to play the game of the villains in the physical, this is a teaching learning process which can be understood only by the wisdom of the heart and never by the knowledge of the mind.
3. Nothing that happens in the physical is accidental, there are no accidents, even if an ant has to bite you, it will not bite unless you give it the permission from the deeper place within, the mind is totally unconscious of this.
4. There are no meanings for anything in this physical dimension, the meaning for everything is the meaning the mind chooses to give.
5. Choosing to live from the place of awareness, becoming the watcher or the non-judgmental witness helps one to understand the meaning of existence.
6. Since every being is emanates from the Creator, every being is endowed with the natural aspects of the Creator. The Creator can never be harmed or damaged, and this is true for every being existing on the Planet. There is no harm or destruction, there is only wisdom gained through the experience of the physical illusion.
7. Ultimately the purpose of this game of duality is the evolution of the soul into greater wisdom and compassion, and to live on this planet as our Divine Selves.

These truths are sharings from my heart connection with my soul, they need not be your truths . But, I would suggest that you practice connecting with your heart in every way possible through meditations, silence, connecting with nature, connecting with your sacred breath, anything that can help to connect you with your heart space and you will definitely get the answers/truths for all your questions from your inner being.

Blessings!

THE GIFT CALLED "LOVE"

" LOVE" THE MOST BEAUTIFUL GIFT

Love is the ALL, love is all there is. Everything in the Universe brings love to our space in many many ways. If we choose to see them, then we are immensely blessed. Love comes in the form of people, in the form of a loved one, in the form of strangers, friends, neighbors, or a cashier in the store. Love comes in the form of beautiful displays of colors and clouds in the evening sky, love comes in the form of a beautiful blooming jasmine plant, love comes in the form of a bird that chooses to sit on your window sill to sing its choicest songs, love comes in the form of a big butterfly that chooses to land on your shoulder, love comes in the form of a huge tree that speaks to you as the breeze passes through its branches, love comes in the form of the walls and furniture of a silent home that give their silent loving support at times of loneliness, love comes in the form of technology and its connection with people far and wide.

The forms of love are innumerable, the body is the form of love, our hands that help to feed us, comb our hair, wash our face and help us do everything for the body and also show love to our fellow beings is a grand form of love, the earth mother who holds us and supports our every need is a grand form of love, the sun that warms our body and brings light and joy to our existence is a grand form of love, the moon and the stars that embrace us in their mysterious arms are a grand form of love.

Love also takes the form of the so called dark/negative situations that helps us seek for the light and tap into our potential to create grander visions and greater solutions. We are never alone, we are the beloved children of the Universe and love sustains us every moment. Love is the All.

Sharing some pictures of the huge, fragrant jasmines in my garden today, one of the many beautiful gifts of love.
Blessings!
