THE BURDENS WE CARRY

THE BURDENS WE CARRY
The mind creates stories of constant judgment of things, situations and people and stores the data. If we choose to go with the mind, we start carrying the enormous burdens - the innumerable data of judgment, good/bad, ugly/beautiful, kind/cruel, black/white, long/short..... goes on and on.... creating enormous stress and fear in our lives. Apparently the fear and stress have been only created by thoughts from the data collected. Many of our likes and dislikes arise from unconscious use of recorded thought forms of all humanity stored from the first moment of creation.
The moment we choose to go with the judgments of the mind, we notice that we have lost our freedom to be the truth of who we are.
We are unconditional love, we are kindness, we are compassionate beings, but the moment we carry the burdens of the mind, we forget who we are, and we miss the opportunity to extend our compassion and love, we miss the opportunity to anchor our conscious Presence every moment, we miss the opportunity to create 'heaven on earth'.
Since we are the sum total of all our experiences, we are immensely burdened by our pasts. We need to choose a spiritual cleansing of all the data by appealing to our Divinity within.
We are not our mind, we can choose to go beyond the mind and create well being for ourselves and this Planet. The solution is to clear the mind of all the debris/data of judgment collected.
This brings to memory the great work of therapist , Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len, who helped heal an entire ward of mentally ill criminals -- without seeing any of them. Since the world is a reflection of what is happening inside us, in order to correct an imbalance, the place to heal is within ourselves. Every imbalance can be corrected just by working on the self.
Dr. Hew Len trusted that we can appeal to Divinity to heal us from all thoughts and memories that are holding us back from being the truth of who we are at this time.
His method was Ho'oponopono, a process of developing a working relationship with our Divinity within asking that in each moment, our errors in thought, word, deed or action be cleansed. This bring total freedom, freedom from all things past.
Let us choose to clean all our judgments, attitudes and beliefs every moment with the help of our Divinity within.
Just for today let us try to look at things, people, and situations without judgment, for example if we are looking at someone let us consciously stop ourselves from making judgments about the persons look, clothing, hair etc. Let us choose to release all burdens and live as our true selves on this beautiful Planet!
Blessings!
