THREE SIMPLE SPIRITUAL TOOLS FOR EVERYDAY

THREE SIMPLE SPIRITUAL TOOLS FOR EVERYDAY

We are energy beings, and we live in these physical bodies and experience physicality.  But the experience of physicality originates in the non-physical.
For example if we are about to cook, we visualize the ingredients and the way we want to cook in our mind first and then we birth it into the physical.  If an artist wishes to paint he/she first visualizes the painting in their mind and then their physical hands birth it to the canvas.  When the mother gives birth to the baby's body, unless the Spirit energy enters into the body the body of the baby cannot come alive.
These examples point out that every thing in the physical is birthed only from the non-physical.  In our busy mechanical lives we have forgotten the non-physical and have submitted ourselves into an autopilot mode run by the mind through the physical senses.
The art of learning about ourselves not only in the physical, but also from many dimensions is spirituality. When we know this we come into our power and we live from the place of freedom.
We are born as beings with the human self and divine self; we only know our human self, but Spiritual tools  help us to know and anchor our divine self in this Planet.
We are born with the ability to connect with the non-physical which is the Divine Sacred Presence, and create what we want in this physical world. Working with the non-physical is energy work.  I have been doing energy work from my very young age and I have been greatly benefited by it.  I have seen its empowerment in the many clients, students, and friends.
In order to begin energy work, it is very important to ground and center oneself.  Grounding and centering connect us with our Divine Sacred Presence while in the Physical.
Grounding and centering are done as energy work, through visualization.

GROUNDING
To keep us away from the pull and push of every mind perceived situations, and align with our Sacred Presence it is important to ground oneself.  Grounding can be done as soon as you get up in the morning just imagine a tube of light connecting the tip of your tail bone area to the center of the earth below your feet.  Something that represents the conductivity of all energies for you, there is no effort here, just play with your imagination, know that it is there. The more you practice grounding the more you will be in your center and in the place of the awareness of your Sacred Presence. Continue to play with your imagination and be aware of the tube of light that connects you and grounds you through out the day.

CENTERING
This is the practice of placing your awareness to the center of your head.
Use both index fingers and touch your temples on either side. Notice where your fingers touch, and draw an imaginary line between the two points. Now move your hands 90 degrees to the right and touch the back of your head and forehead with your index fingers. Note the two points and draw another imaginary line intersecting the first line. Find the point where these lines intersect; this is the center of your head. Now remove your fingers and place your awareness in this place. You will definitely feel something here. This is because this is our place of power.
Energy work can be done from the center of the head, the place of power. As you are placing your awareness on the center of your head continue to breathe gently. Be aware of your center and also be aware of your breath.
Stay in the center with your eyes closed, observing your breath, open your eyes and see the world from the center of your head using your eyes as windows.
You can even be more imaginative by seeing yourself as a tiny figure sitting on a beautiful chair in the center of your head.

Your ability to imagine and visualize from the center of your head is your greatest tool. Imagination and visualization is energy work. When you are able to be in a quiet, undisturbed space, have centered, and think of it in your Spirit-Presence, then it already is. Being present with yourself, you are always in control. Energy work takes practice, but there is no right or wrong way to do energy work. When you are sincere and consistent in your practice, you will attain success.

USING THE ROSE as a Spiritual tool

The rose is a powerful spiritual tool. While doing my study in Mastering Alchemy, my teacher, Jim Self, gave a wonderful explanation of why we use the rose as a Spiritual tool. He said that every plant on the planet has a particular vibrational frequency that is measured in Hertz. All plants, herbs, and trees range from 0-210 cycle/sec Hertz of frequency. Sandalwood and frankincense have the highest of 210 Hertz. But amazingly, the Belgian red rose has a frequency of 800 hertz which is way higher than any other of the plant species.  It is no wonder that the rose is used as a symbol of love on this Planet.  Roses are the most admired of flowers and most love gifts given are roses.

Also from my personal experience, I have noticed that the arrangement of petals in a Rose flower is a form of sacred geometry, which is the feminine energy pattern of the Creator. I see artists who paint pictures of deities like Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene, Lady Nada, paint the picture of a red rose in the place of their heart. From my experience with the rose tool, I know that every time we use the ROSE as a tool, it steps up our vibrational frequency and aligns us with our powerful creative energies.

(This is one of the many ways a rose tool can be used in energy work)
From the center of your head, see a red rose in front of you at your arms length. See the rose as very real with soft petals, dewdrops on it, see a stem, a few leaves, and make it as natural as you have seen it in nature. The rose is a powerful energy tool of protection. You can keep a rose at the end of your aura and ask it to protect your energy field throughout the day. Visualize the rose between you and the people and the situations you interact with. The rose creates your boundary, you will stay in your space, you will not fragment your Spirit, and you will not hold other people’s energies in your conscious or unconscious awareness. Holding other people’s energies in your consciousness does not benefit either of you. You will be in your space and in your power. Spiritual protection and awareness becomes enhanced by this tool.

Practicing Grounding, centering, and the Rose Tool everyday is easy and simple, but they are very profound practices that help us to live our lives away from discord, in peace and in well being and ease.
Blessings!
